The Process of Strategic Planning
The book that I have co-authored was written to help law firm leaders strategically plan the future of their organizations. We focused the book on the practical steps and tools rather than general theories and debates. Strategic planning for lawyers and law firms is a process whereby the following questions are answered: Who are we? Who's out there? Who do we want to be? How do we get there? and How are we going to execute our plan to get there? I assist lawyers and small law firms to define, set, and realize their goals with a practical approach to planning their best future and implementing those plans.
